Serve as the founding Program Director, provide strategic direction for curriculum development, recruitment, accreditation
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary ranging from $140,000-$200,000 commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
Graduate of an ARC-PA-accredited Physician Assistant program
Current or emeritus NCCPA certification
Eligible for IL licensure as a Physician Assistant
Curriculum design, program development experience
ARC-PA accreditation expertise
3 years of higher education experience within an accredited PA program
Progressive leadership experience such as Associate Program Director, Clinical Director, or Academic Coordinator
