Job Requirements

Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and commercial tires.

Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear, damage, and safety concerns, recommending appropriate services when needed.

Perform tire pressure checks, TPMS service, flat repairs, and wheel alignments (if trained).

Safely operate tire changers, balancing machines, lifts, and other shop equipment while following all safety procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while properly handling tools, equipment, and inventory.

Provide friendly, professional customer service by explaining tire conditions, services performed, and maintenance recommendations.

Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.

Display leadership and ability to multitask in high-stress situations.

Valid driver's license.

Aptitude for mathematics and science.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.

Attention to detail.

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Good organizational skills.
