No Streak Window Cleaning Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA! This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver sparkling, streak-free results that keep our customers coming back. Responsibilities:

Clean residential and commercial windows using professional techniques and equipment

Apply streak-free cleaning solutions to interior and exterior glass surfaces

Operate squeegees, water-fed poles, and extension ladders safely and efficiently

Inspect windows for damage and communicate findings to customers or supervisors

Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and company vehicles

Deliver exceptional customer service on every job site

Follow safety protocols, especially when working at heights or on laddersRequirements:

Prior window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience required

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Strong attention to detail and commitment to streak-free, high-quality results

Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
