General Farm Hand - Corn & Soybean Operation

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Farm Hand to join our corn and soybean farming operation. This is a part-time position with opportunities for increased compensation based on mechanical ability and experience operating agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities:

Operate farm equipment used in corn and soybean production.

Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and other seasonal field operations.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.

Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep.

Qualifications:

Experience in corn and soybean farming preferred.

Experience operating agricultural machinery is preferred.

Mechanical experience, including diagnosing and repairing farm equipment, is strongly preferred.

Ability to work extended hours during planting and harvest seasons.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
