Production Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Delavan, WI

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: $17.10/hr

2nd Shift: $18.10/hr

We are seeking dependable Production Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of production or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Follow production schedules and work instructions

Complete packaging and material handling tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Follow all safety policies and proceduresQualifications

Minimum 6 months of production or manufacturing experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Good communication and teamwork skills
