Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Machine Operator Compensation

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

1st Shift - Regular Shift: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm (10hr Shift)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Perform routine set up, operation, and minor maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment.

Inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products.

Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions.

Document all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance tasks accurately.

Work within established standards to plan and operate a variety of production equipment.

Demonstrate adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Machine Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

1st Shift: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm

Safety shoes required

Must be able to work overtime as needed

Education/Licenses Needed

High School Diploma with 2 years manufacturing experience
