Laboratory Director

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Lab Director for a permanent leadership opportunity. This is a working manager role, combining laboratory leadership responsibilities with hands-on MT/MLT duties.

Position Highlights:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility required)

Rotating weekend on-call schedule

Supervise a team of 3 full-time Medical Technologists and 1 PRN staff member

Perform both administrative and bench responsibilities

Blood Bank experience required
