Job Description

Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $39-$41 per hour Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students. This full-time position is available for the upcoming school year. Position details include:

Full-time

Caseload of 12 students (may add more later in the year, but would cap at 16 students)

3rd and 4th grade

Pull-out service model

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)

School certification in Ohio

Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)

Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities may include:

Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs

Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data

Creating a positive, structured learning environment

Supporting students, families, and general education staff

Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills

Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes

Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
