Job Title: Technician I/II, Process
Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with NPI Engineer to implement new products and processes.
Responsibe to manage the NPI production line
Ensure correct BOM, drawings, routings and Work Instructions being followed on NPI Prototype Line.
Modify or develop new processes/methods, tools, fixtures, or equipment for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
Provide precise feedback to NPI Engineer on New Products.
Analyze and find root causes for the product failure. Introduce Corrective, Preventive majors and improve First Pass Yield
Elaborate actions plan, audits to prevent non-conformity product situations. Call out disciplinary issues to Supervisor.
Address Critical Machine, tool breakdowns and maintenance.
The role will involve working in all 3 rotational shifts
Qualification:
Mechanical/Electrical/ETC
Required Experience: 1-2 years BE / B-Tech or Diploma with 3-4 years relevant experience
Skills Required:
Experience in SAP.
Ability to effectively interact with personnel of different levels and subject areas.
Should have basic knowledge on how to read and understand the manufacturing drawings
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for hands-on learning.
Recommended - fiber cable and fiber termination knowledge
Recommended – knowledge of 7QC tools, FMEA and control plan
