Role Description:

Skills Required

• 8–10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working on Pega Platform projects.

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.

• Strong experience in Application Operations Support / Production Support environments.

• Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

• Good understanding of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, and business process implementation.

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.

• Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification requirements.
