Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Project Managers to help deliver commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other critical project documentation

Support project planning efforts, including scheduling, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring

Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactively

Participate in project meetings and ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record management

Contribute to quality control and safety initiatives while helping achieve project performance goals

Assist with project closeout activities, including punch list completion, turnover packages, and final project documentation

The Successful Applicant

What we are looking for:

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred

Previous experience in a Project Engineer position or a similar construction-focused role

Exposure to commercial construction projects is highly desirable

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or comparable software is a plus
