Job Description

Support Project Managers and Superintendents with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project schedules. Assist with cost tracking, change management, and budget reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project planning, site meetings, quality control reviews, and safety initiatives. Help drive successful delivery of complex projects while gaining exposure to self-perform operations and field execution. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of construction experience through internships, co-ops, or full-time employment. Experience working for a commercial general contractor preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates humility, coachability, leadership potential, and a desire for a long-term career with one organization.
