Location: Decatur, AL 35601

Pay Rate: $28.50/hr.

Assignment duration: 7 weeks (Possible extension)

Schedule:

6:45 am - 07:15 pm

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12's option for 16's if we have available, float to open wings

Requirements

Active LPN license in Alabama

Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar settings is preferred.

Active BLS/CPR

Must have a clean background
