Program Manager- Salesforce

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the full-scale modernization and rewrite of Ohio's Child Licensing and Quality System (OCLQS). This modernization will improve statewide licensing workflows and enhance Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) program operations, delivering a more efficient, user-friendly, and integrated platform for providers, stakeholders, and families.

This role requires strong leadership in complex technology modernization projects. Experience with Salesforce — whether managing Salesforce-based projects, working with Salesforce development teams, or overseeing integrations — is highly desirable. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
