Experience: Prior experience in long-term care preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $60.30/hour

What You ll Do:

Evaluate residents' mobility, balance, gait, coordination, and strength

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence

Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as standing up and stair climbing

Lead and guide the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility policies

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize resident care

Document therapy progress and communicate effectively with staff and family members

What You Need:

Valid Missouri state license as a Physical Therapist

Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care procedures

Strong assessment and communication skills

Commitment to providing high-quality resident-centered care
