This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication.
The coordinator helps administer benefits programs, tracks staff attendance and leaves, and ensures HR documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
The role also supports employee relations by responding to basic HR inquiries, assisting with internal communications, and helping organize training sessions and staff engagement activities.
Collaboration with department leaders and the HR team is essential to uphold a positive workplace culture and consistent service standards across the property.\n \n Qualifications\n\n Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations and processes.\n Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with enrollment, changes, and employee benefit inquiries.\n Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to help foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment.\n Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company standards and applicable laws.\n Candidates should have strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.\n Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\n Candidates should be proficient with HRIS or HR-related systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools).\n Candidates should have prior experience in human resources or administrative support; experience in hospitality or service-focused environments is preferred.\n Candidates should ideally hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n \n Salary Range for this Position: $27.00 Hourly
