Location: Tacloban City.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and strengthen monitoring and learning systems in collaboration with the field operations team to improve implementation quality.
Collect, manage, analyze data and prepare monthly and annual reports in partnership with field teams and project partners.
Participate in research activities and intensive assessments, including baseline, midline, and final evaluations, coordinating with consultants, research institutes, and the WV Korea M&E team.
Ensure the monitoring and learning process is functioning well, using information to make recommendations for project improvement.
Build capacity of project staff, barangay health workers, data entry clerks, and local stakeholders involved in data collection or analysis.
Lead data analysis on SPSS or other statistical software and produce timely, consolidated reports for the project management team on progress and recommendations.
Support other DME tasks such as assessment, design, evaluation, and semi-annual reporting, primarily in monitoring.
Assist the project manager in producing high-quality reports for the donor and field office.
Document success stories, publish promotional materials, and share them with other projects/programs.
Document all activity reports and evidence of achievement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in development management, social science, or related field.
Degree or training in monitoring & evaluation or program/project planning.
At least 3 years experience in program/project planning and/or design, monitoring, and evaluation.
Demonstrated competency in implementing assessments/evaluations, including designing methodology, data collection and analysis tools, managing field data collection, and analysing data.
Excellent communication and training skills, with prior experience delivering training.
Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS and data analysis skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
