Job description*:

Experienced SAP OpenText VIM Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in SAP MM, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and S/4HANA implementations.

Skilled in end-to-end VIM configuration, invoice automation, workflow design, system integrations, requirements gathering, solution architecture, and support for global enterprise clients.

#Key Responsibilities:

· Design, configure, and implement OpenText VIM solutions for PO and Non-PO invoice processing.

· Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

· Configure VIM workflows, process types, process options, roles, exceptions, notifications, and logic modules.

· Integrate VIM with SAP S/4HANA

· Support invoice automation, document pipeline processing, and OCR/ICC configurations.

· Prepare functional specifications, testing scripts, and cutover plans.

· Provide production support, troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and root cause resolution.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, ABAP teams, Basis teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
