We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team! This entry-level development role provides hands-on experience in insurance sales, client relationship management, team leadership, and agency operations. The successful candidate will complete a structured training program designed to prepare them for advancement roles leading into a commission sales position.

Prerequisites

2 years in a leadership role (preferred, not required)

Valid Driver's License

2 years in a customer service role (preferred, not required)

Full-time
