What You'll Do

Patient Care & Clinical Support

Welcome patients and help create an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for each patient.

Assist hygienists during patient care as needed.

Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations.

Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.

Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients.

Maintain dental equipment and supplies.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions.

Assist with patient flow to help keep the schedule running efficiently.

Support the clinical team wherever needed to create an outstanding patient experience.

You're a Great Fit If You:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Have dental assisting experience or are eager to start a career in dentistry (experience preferred but not always required).

Enjoy helping people and creating positive patient experiences.

Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
