Key Responsibilities

Set up, load, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multitasking CNC equipment)

Monitor multiple machines during production cycles to ensure efficient operation

Load and adjust programs as needed to maintain part quality and production flow

Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Perform in-process quality checks to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors

Maintain proper coolant levels, tooling condition, and machine cleanliness

Manage material loading, unloading, and part handling between machines

Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards

Document production activities, inspections, and any deviations

Qualifications

Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques

Basic understanding of G-code or CNC machine controls (preferred but not required depending on level)

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required

CNC Swiss Lathe (Tsugami, Hanwha, Star, Citizen, Yama-Seiki, Nomura, Index, Eurotech, Tornos, Ganesh)

CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Kitamura, Okuma, Hwachon, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Mikron, Mitsubishi, Matsuura)
