We are seeking a skilled and motivated Screw Machine Setup / Operator to join our dynamic team in Mason, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our screw machines operate efficiently and effectively. Shifts:

4 x 10 hours shifts 6am start. Monday to Thursday

Overtime on Friday available.

Can be flexible to work 5 x 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday. Responsibilities

Set up and operate screw machines to produce high-quality components.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.

Proven experience as a screw machine operator or similar role.

Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience with either Acmes, Davenports, Brown, Sharpes or Hydromats

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
