Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges in 7 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Medhost

Certifications required: Board Certified (BC) Interventional Cardiology; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Licensure required: Active FL license
