Mechanical Engineer

1. Work under the direct supervision of the Manager and report to the Manager on a daily basis.

2. Integrate and optimize semiconductor automation equipment, using C#, WPF to operate and monitor mechanical motion control, process sequencing, and equipment performance in real time.

3. Integrate software and hardware by implementing control logic and validating motors, sensors, and safety interlocks.

4. Develop control applications and HMIs for automation systems, perform systems testing, failure analysis, and related engineering analysis.

5. Provide engineering support to develop and optimize various automation machine operations and programming.

6. Analyze and report on the process function of semiconductor packaging automation system to optimize technical feasibility and functionality.
