Part-time Clerical Assistant
The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in conducting admission exercises and promotion campaigns; (b) providing administrative, technical and secretarial support to undergraduate programmes; (c) liaising with internal and external units; (d) assisting in the daily operations of the School; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skills; (iii) good computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and (iv) a responsible, self-motivated, independent and hardworking attitude. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for IT, English and Chinese proficiency tests.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
