- Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice

- Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians

- Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area

- Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired

- Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential.

- 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD

- NextGen EMR

- Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee
