Votiko Solutions Private Limited is expanding its Amazon DSP Operations Team and is looking for experienced professionals with hands-on Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding experience.

Work From Home (Permanent)

US Night Shift

6 Days a Week

Salary: Starting from 25,000/month (Best compensation for the right candidate)

Monthly Performance Incentives: Up to 20,000

Key Responsibilities

Driver applicant screening & calling

Interview scheduling with Amazon DSP clients

Candidate follow-ups & onboarding coordination

Amazon Portal onboarding

Background Checks & Drug Tests

ADP onboarding

I-9 & E-Verify processing

ATS, Google Sheets, LinqOps & internal system updates

Candidate record management & client coordination

Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding experience

Experience with Amazon Portal, ATS, ADP, I-9 & E-Verify

Knowledge of Background Check & Drug Test processes

Good English communication skills

Ability to work independently from home
