Sentara Medical Group - Internal Medicine Residency Clinic Prince William, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of a warm, collegial outpatient team serving an adult patient population. This 100% outpatient role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a supportive residency clinic environment. Located in Woodbridge, VA, in the heart of Prince William County, this position is ideal for an experienced APP who values autonomy, strong physician collaboration, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

Position Highlights:

Flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)

Average 25 patients/day

Small, growing practice where team members truly support one another

No call, no weekends office is closed Saturday and Sunday

Minimum Requirements:

Active NP or PA

Minimum master s degree required

2-5 years experience working in outpatient primary care
