Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding musculoskeletal and surgical services team in Central Maine. Position Highlights

Full-time employed position with competitive compensation

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic patients in outpatient and inpatient settings

Assist in orthopedic surgeries including joint replacement, fracture care, and sports procedures

Perform pre-op and post-op assessments

Order/interprete imaging and labs

Provide patient education, treatment planning, and follow-up care

Collaborate closely with surgeons, therapists, nursing, and ancillary teams

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

First Assist Certification required for NPs

Active or eligible for Maine PA/NP license

Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred

New graduates with strong orthopedic rotations considered

Strong communication and team-based care mindset

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $130,000 to $137,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
