Responsibilities

This position focuses strictly on outbound calling, speaking with potential customers, and transferring interested prospects directly to a sales representative in the office. You will be making 150-300 phone calls a day to get someone on the phone to soft transfer the call to one of our insurance specialists.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, a confident and professional phone presence, reliability, and the ability to stay motivated while making a high volume of outbound calls. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with new people, handling rejection positively, and working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and a positive attitude are needed.

No insurance license is required for this position.
