Hourly Rate: $245 - $310 (acceptance based on experience)

Provide medically directed anesthesia services across various hospital departments, including ORs, cath labs, imaging, and outpatient clinics
Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average in a high-acuity, Level I trauma center setting
Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a collegial, team-based environment
Monitor and care for patients across all age groups, adhering to safety protocols
Assist in procedures such as airway management, sedation, and anesthesia administration
Document clinical activities thoroughly and accurately in compliance with hospital policies
Respond to emergencies and support surgical teams during high-pressure situationsWhat You Need
Required:
Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited institution
Active RN Anesthetist license in Minnesota
Certification in CPR, BCLS, ACLS
Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility to take the exam
Preferred:
Previous experience working in a Level I trauma center or similar high-acuity environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
