Bell-Clinica Familiar Medical Corp is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Bell, CA. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in a family medicine setting
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling to patients and families
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California
Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
Current DEA certification and ability to prescribe medications
Board certification through AANP or ANCC required
Experience in family medicine, primary care, or a related clinical setting preferred
Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus
Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
