Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM consultants to assist with the campaigns and outreach for the New England CDOs.

Required skills:

• Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application. Preferred applications: Ambulatory, Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support

Desired skills: Experience with Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM
