What Youll Do:

At Stanley Black & Deckers facility in Martin, TN, you will be a part of a team that meets the production needs by:

Working as a key team member in our production line, ensuring smooth operations.

Set up your workstation and contribute to changeover and Lean procedures.

Collaborate with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties.
