Description:

What you'll do?

Product development

Assist in designing, building, and maintaining features across the Aedeon frontend (React + Next.js) under the guidance of senior engineers.

Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and help take features from spec to shipped, tested release.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, and start building a product-first perspective.

Learning release discipline

Learn how features are owned end to end — from development through deployment and post-release validation.

Practice breaking down tasks against sprint timelines and flagging blockers early.

Shadow how the team coordinates with DevOps and QA to keep releases clean and repeatable.

Testing and quality

Learn test-driven development: write test cases before code, under mentor review.

Help write test cases for features you work on — functional flows, edge cases, and regression scenarios.

Get exposure to AI-assisted tools for generating test coverage, and to automated test suites (E2E, integration, unit) wired into CI/CD.

Collaboration and documentation

Write clear, well-documented code and submit pull requests for review.

Document your work features, test plans, decisions in Confluence or equivalent, in a way others can follow without you in the room.
