Entry Level -Machine Operator

NOW HIRING: Entry-Level Machine Operator (Training Provided) – Brillion, WI

Looking for a steady manufacturing job with a set schedule and room to grow? This Brillion-area manufacturer is hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators and will train motivated, reliable people from day one.

PAY + SHIFT OPTIONS

1st Shift: Mon–Thurs 4:30 AM–2:30 PM $20/hr

3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs 9:30 PM–5:30 AM $21/hr

Includes $1/hr shift premium

Training starts on 1st shift for ~3 weeks

Overtime on Fridays will be mandatory

Inspect parts and report issues when needed

Help your team hit daily production goals

Keep your work area clean and organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Willingness to learn, follow training, and work safely

Ability to stand for the shift and do repetitive motions

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Team-oriented, positive attitude
