Java Technical Architect

Position Title: Java Technical Architect

Location: Columbus OH (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

Solution design:

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Produce design for system components that meet functional and non functional requirements taking scalability, performance and non-functional requirements.

Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.

Technical leadership:

Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend.

Possess good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS & Microservices architecture.

Proficient in programming languages: Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, React.js or Angular (Node.js)

Ability to guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standards

Help resolve technical challenges, perform application optimization

Help provide specifications for APIs

Security and compliance:

Conduct security assessments and implement necessary measures following best practices and industry standards.

Project management:

Strong communicator to effectively bring together cross-functional teams including project managers, testers, architects etc to provide solutions.

Participate in project planning and issue resolution to ensure project deliveries.
