R&D Cosmetic Formulation Chemist

WE'RE HIRING: R&D Cosmetic Formulation Chemist Plaridel, Bulacan (On-site)

We're a growing toll manufacturing company serving personal care and cosmetic brands across the Philippines, and we're looking for the person who will build our R&D from the ground up: our first dedicated Cosmetic Formulation Chemist .

This is not a 'follow-the-recipe' role. You will be the scientific backbone of our product development — creating formulations our clients can trust, and building a sample library that will define what Naturaplanta can offer for years to come.

What you'll do:

Develop and optimize formulations — emulsions, surfactant systems, anhydrous products, and more

Build our in-house sample library of market-ready personal care formulations

Conduct stability, compatibility, and preservative efficacy testing

Ensure formulations comply with Philippine FDA and ASEAN Cosmetic Directive requirements

Work directly with the CEO and leadership team — your work will shape the company's growth

What we're looking for:

**BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field

**2–4 years hands-on formulation experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing

**Strong documentation discipline — percentage-based formulation, trial logs, stability protocols

**Working knowledge of ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and PH FDA cosmetic regulations (big plus!)

**A builder's mindset — you're excited to establish systems, not just follow them
