About the Role:

Space Management Group Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance technician to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance across commercial properties

Respond to and complete work orders for minor repairs (doors, lights, gutters, gates, lock/latch changes)

Perform grounds keeping and upkeep and property maintenance

Document completed work orders and report ongoing maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willing to work outdoors year-round

Snow removal and plowing

Strong communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Spanish language skills are a plus
