Job Description

The Load Crew – Forklift Operator plays a critical role in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently moving raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and other material handling equipment. This role involves loading and unloading goods, ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations, and preparing shipments for transit. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, prioritizes safety, and contributes to smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently

Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Identify and recognize parts, components, and finished products accurately

Read and interpret shipping documents and work orders

Perform basic data entry and complete required reports accurately

Ensure proper load securement in accordance with safety and transportation standards

Provide professional and courteous support to customers and driversCompany Description
