Company Description:
CRDN restores household contents after a disaster such as a fire or flood. The textiles lead will manage the effort to inventory, restore, package, and redeliver the textile items from an affected home or business. These items include clothing, bedding, linens, curtains, area rugs, shoes, handbags, etc.
The lead position REQUIRES EXPERIENCE! If you have not worked in insurance restoration or something like a dry cleaner or other wash/dry/fold operation, you will be eligible to hire in as a Textiles Technician (see below) and potentially advance to the lead position. The ideal candidate will have experience, be well organized, capable of tracking multiple projects at once, and be very flexible.

Job Description: Textiles Restoration Lead
The Textiles Lead has the responsibilities of the technicians and also the lead position.
Technician Responsibilities:
Complete the CRDN textiles restoration training program.
Learn to operate the CRDN laundry equipment.
Learn to categorize textile items by care requirements.
Learn to document your work.
Restore textile items at the direction of the Textiles Lead.
Complete daily production logs and submit them to the Admin.
Package finished items appropriately to meet CRDN standards.
Document, box, label and put finished work in storage.
Keep the textiles cleaning work area, tools and equipment organized and clean.
Assist with the inventory of incoming jobs.
Participate in packouts and deliveries when needed.
Become proficient in use of CRDN software.
Cross train in at least one other restoration discipline.
Plus, these additional Lead Responsibilities:
Direct the daily activities of Textiles Restoration Technician(s).
Train new Textiles Restoration Technicians.
Inventory incoming textiles jobs using FSA and photo documentation.
Sort, tag, and label incoming textiles according to room/method of cleaning/send to specialist status, etc.
Work with the owner/GM to determine special item cleaning methods.
Document non-salvage/non-restore items for Billing Department.
Responsible for organizing and tracking incoming job storage.
Participate in production meetings to develop job priority list and adjust based on constantly changing job information.
Manage the cleaning and keep track of immediate needs jobs.
Other duties as assigned.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30am 4:30pm
This position is eligible for overtime when approved and as required or packouts and deliveries.

Full-time
