Oversee field operations, schedules, and labour budgets. Manage subcontractors and drive on-site execution. Develop short-interval schedules and staffing plans. Monitor costs, quality, and safety performance. Lead team coordination with PMs, clients, and architects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: 7-15 years of construction supervision experience. Strong knowledge of project scheduling and cost control. Experience in K-12, industrial, or healthcare builds. Proven leadership and team development capability. Degree in Construction Management or equivalent (preferred).
