Join a growing, physician-led healthcare system serving a regional population of approximately 100,000. We are seeking a Board-Certified AP/CP Pathologist to lead a well-established pathology service while serving as CLIA Laboratory Director in a collaborative community hospital setting.

Position Highlights

Solo Pathology practice with strong clinical support

Broad mix of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology cases

Interpret surgical pathology, cytology, and clinical laboratory specimens

Collaborate closely with surgeons, oncologists, primary care physicians, and specialists

Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case conferences

Serve as CLIA Laboratory Director and Medical Director for multiple off-site laboratory locations

Lead laboratory quality assurance, quality improvement, and operational initiatives

Modern laboratory environment with advanced diagnostic technology

Qualifications

MD or DO

Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)

Eligible for or currently holding an Ohio medical license

Strong diagnostic, leadership, and communication skills
