Position: IT Support Technician / Desktop Support Analyst

Budget: Up to $4,500/month (Backfill)

Winston Salem HQ, NC – 3 Positions

Martinsville, VA – 1 Position

Rural Hall (Northridge 531/532), NC – 1 Position

Kings Mountain, NC – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 IT/Desktop Support

ServiceNow ticket management

Windows imaging, deployment & configuration

Hardware, software & network troubleshooting

User onboarding & offboarding support

Active collaboration with L2/L3 support teams

Excellent customer service and documentation skills
