General Construction Worker (Laborer)

Job Summary

We are seeking physical, motivated, and reliable General Construction Workers to assist with daily operations across our local project sites. In this role, you will assist with site preparation, operate basic power tools, manage materials, and assist our skilled tradespeople and subcontractors. You must be able to understand and take direction. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. On a daily basis, you will be working alongside a crew of varying skill levels. Company vehicles and tools are provided for use during operating hours.

Job Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Have minimum 1 year professional experiencein the residential construction field.

Be willing to learn through on-the-job training

Self-starter

Follow direction and ask for clarification when needed

Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Efficient completion of tasks

Positiveattitude

Reliable and punctual

A valid Oregon driver's license is preferred, but not required

Compensation & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Expected hours: 35 40 per week (4-10s, M-Th)

Ability to Commute

Springfield, OR 97478: Business shop/office, will use company vehicles to travel to job sites.
