Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone.

- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting company quality standards.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

- Follow company policies and procedures during every customer interaction.

Qualifications:

-High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)

-No BPO experience required – Freshers are welcome!

-Background in Sales and/or Technical Support is an advantage but not required.

-Good English communication skills.

-Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

-Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
