CRCF #1/2nd shift (men's) Conway area

$15.62 per hour

Additional $1.00/hour Location Differential

Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Conway area.

As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.What You'll Do:

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed

Promote independence and community inclusion

Monitor safety and provide overnight support

Complete required documentation and reports

Support individual goals and quality of lifeSchedule

WEEK 1

Sunday: 8 am - 8 pm

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Thursday: 2 pm - 12 midnight

Friday: 2 pm - 12 midnight

Saturday: OFF

WEEK 2

Sunday: OFF

Monday: 2 pm - 10 pm

Tuesday: 2 pm - 12 midnight

Wednesday: 2 pm - 12 midnight

Thursday: OFF

Friday: OFF
