Primary Responsibilities
Ensure problem free process for all Production Lines
Initiate production improvements
Conduct time and motion studies for every production process
Computes the Daily Production Efficiency of every line to determine which is inefficient, its cause and what are the possible solutions.
Conducts capacity studies, line balancing and unit operation analysis
Monitor hourly output per operations and provide feedback
Conduct Problem Solving Analysis using different tools like Pareto, Fish Bone Analysis etc.
Perform yield analysis
Perform spot checking of different Production operations (in-process control)
Perform Internal Audit
Equipment and Process validation
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Pharmacy or equivalent.
With at least 1 year of relevant experience acquired in a manufacturing set-up
Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control Tools, Time and Motion studies and Problem Solving
Computer literate and Analytical thinker
Willing to render overtime, shifting, Monday to Saturday working schedule
Can Start as soon as possible
