Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate activities, events, and programs that cater to the social, emotional, and physical needs of our residents

Develop and implement activity plans that promote independence, socialization, and overall well-being

Lead, facilitate, and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercises, and entertainment programs

Encourage and support resident participation, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all

Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, resident preferences, and concerns

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of resident care and services

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work every other weekend, as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic understanding of activities planning and implementation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
