Architect (Level: Manager)

The Intelligent Automation Delivery team designs, builds, and operates enterprise grade Pega applications and automations that streamline complex operations across Claims, Grievance & Appeals, Provider, and Customer Operations. We deliver case management workflows, decisioning, document understanding, and system integrations that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and accelerate cycle times.

Skills/Experience: As a Senior Pega Software Engineer (Intelligent Automation), you will collaborate with business partners, product managers, architects, and cross functional engineering teams in an agile environment to design and implement Pega case types, workflows, and integrations. You'll own end-to-end delivery from elaborating requirements with DCO, through App Studio/Dev Studio implementation, Pega unit testing, and CI/CD via Pega Deployment Manager while ensuring guardrail compliance, performance, security, and operational reliability in production.
